All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Gift recipients, who return an item and do not want an exchange, will be issued a merchandise credit.

Due to our efforts to offer many merchandise exclusives, quantities of a particular item may be sold out. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of items shown on our website or in our stores. After your order has been processed, we will notify you about the status of any item(s) which are no longer available, on backorder or have to be made to order.
