More than ten years ago, Aaron purchased his first suit from Barry at Family Britches. Today, that suit remains part of his wardrobe, a reflection of the lasting quality and craftsmanship found in a well-made garment.
Now living in Maryland, where he creates handcrafted guitars, Aaron recently returned home to Chappaqua to prepare for another meaningful occasion: his October wedding.
With Aaron’s size and style having evolved over the years, Rick helped him select wedding attire that felt comfortable, refined, and true to him. The following day, Aaron’s father scheduled his own appointment to choose an outfit for the celebration, making the experience even more special.
Aaron later wrote:
“Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect suit for my wedding. It was lovely seeing you all once again.”
We look forward to welcoming Aaron back for his final fitting. After the wedding, we also hope to share more about his work as a guitar maker through a trunk show that will showcase how he creates his handmade guitars in our store in the Fall.
Thank you, Aaron, for remaining part of the Family Britches family. Some relationships, like exceptional craftsmanship, truly stand the test of time.”
