RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Family Britches. In the event that an unused product does not
meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange. For your convenience, the exchange/return
form is enclosed with every purchase.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive email
notification upon the completion of return processing.
Gift recipients, who return an item and do not want an exchange, will be
issued a merchandise credit.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of items shown on our website or in our stores. After
your order has been processed, we will notify you about the status of any item(s) which are no longer
available, on backorder or have to be made to order.
